Feasibility Study

A feasibility study provides a market analysis of national, regional and local trends using secondary data to better understand the preferences for a proposed new business, program or activity. It assesses community needs, identifies gaps, and evaluates the demand for the proposed initiative. In addition, through primary data collection, it captures individuals' willingness to pay for certain products or services, which allows for revenue forecasting.

This comprehensive analysis helps estimate the likelihood for the proposed initiative to succeed in an area. It also provides insight on the scale and scope of the future business or program based on the existing and projected market conditions.
