Local chamber leaders, local/regional leadership program directors, and board members attended this one-day workshop to discuss and explore best practices to grow and develop effective leadership programs at KSU Benson Farms in Frankfort, Kentucky, on May 22, 2024.

The Kentucky Community Leadership Program Coordinators were surveyed about the most important topics for discussion. Participants will break into facilitated discussion groups on those important topics. Discussions: 30 minutes, Key Ideas will be transcribed and shared back with participants.

During her career in the tech industry, Kim was a CEO coach at Dropbox, Qualtrics, Twitter, and other tech companies, and served as a faculty member at Apple University and before that led AdSense, YouTube, and DoubleClick teams at Google
